These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or purchase goods from this store. They should be read with the policies linked in the footer.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an invalid address, and any amount taken will be refunded.

Product information, price and payment

We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, images and prices. Minor colour or packaging differences may occur because of screens or supplier changes, but goods must still comply with their description and applicable law. Prices and payments are in CAD. Product prices, applicable GST, HST, PST or QST, delivery charges and the final checkout total follow the store's current settings.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including its voluntary 30-day no-reason return period. Mandatory provincial or territorial rights remain available.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful activity. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control.

Fairness and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing excludes or limits mandatory Canadian consumer rights. An unfair or unenforceable term applies only to the extent legally permitted. Applicable federal, provincial and territorial law continues to govern consumer protections without creating a fictional registration, place of incorporation or exclusive court jurisdiction.
